3Doodler

Nowadays, designers are using less and less hands-on drawing and crafting. That is because such software as Photoshop and Illustrator are so easy to use, that people do not bother to do the harder yet more fun and beneficial form of designing.

However, I cannot stress enough how important it is to do everything by hand first. Even though it is very difficult to make yourself look at a blank page and start doodling something, it makes things come out so much more creative and unique. You draw ideas rather than a “pretty looking picture”. Digital designing should be used as a polishing tool only, but I guess nowadays a pen or pencil is just not enough to cause interest and attract the young audience. Well, to our delight, I found this amazing new “thingy” that I think will change the way people doodle. Meet the 3Doodler:

3Doodler is the world’s first and only 3D Printing Pen. Using ABS plastic (the material used by many 3D printers), 3Doodler draws in the air or on surfaces. It’s compact and easy to use, and requires no software or computers. You just plug it into a power socket and can start drawing anything within minutes. This is truly incredible and I don’t know about you guys, but in my opinion this is a game changer! It should be released in a couple of months, so start saving up (that’s what I will do anyway) and doodle your way to new forms of media and art. Can’t wait!
